All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, you’ll automatically receive a tracking email confirming that your package is on its way. Before shipment, every order is carefully checked to ensure it has correct products and quantities, proper expiration dates and packaging integrity to prevent damage during transit.
At checkout, you’ll see available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates, which vary by location. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You can easily check your order status and track your shipment anytime by logging into your account.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address linked to your account. You can also view tracking details anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “My Account” page. Please note: If tracking updates pause for several days, there is usually no need for concern. Carriers may not update tracking while a package is moving between facilities, transit hubs, or local post offices. For any delivery-related issues, we recommend contacting your local carrier's facility directly. While we partner with reliable carriers to ensure cost-effective delivery, occasional delays or routing errors may occur. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays or mistakes.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment/suite numbers. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Your package will be delivered to the exact address provided at checkout. Kindly note that we do not verify addresses prior to shipment. blackcoral.us is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses, as well as for undeliverable or unclaimed packages. Delays - Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (e.g., incorrect or incomplete information), we are not responsible for reshipping the order at our expense. In such cases, a refund will be issued once the goods are returned to our warehouse, minus the original shipping costs. If your order arrives with incorrect or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly correct any fulfillment errors on our part, provided the issue is reported within the stated timeframe.
Lost Packages: If your package is not delivered within the estimated time frame, contact our support team at info@blackcoral.us within 7 days. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact customer service immediately with photos for replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays: Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to extreme weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We will notify customers of significant delays if needed.
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices. Some countries may have restrictions on supplement ingredients; customers should check local regulations before ordering.
